About Anna-Marie

As of mid 2025, Anna-Marie Swan has 10+ years working in and studying self-organising, decentralised governance, Sociocracy, Holacracy, commons, systems thinking, living systems, organisational design, facilitation, and strategy, writing and public speaking, and brand design, as well as holding trainings in Sociocracy 3.0, organisational systemic constellations, design thinking, and systems in practice.

Anna-Marie has been engaging in enquiry and metaphysical exploration for around 30 years. This has included various types of meditation, authentic relating and circling, various spirtual practises, shamanic practises, and esoteric kabbalah.

Currently, Anna-Marie is walking herself into place with her beloved W in Devon, England, developing this work, Ecological Organisations: A Design Lens (shared as creative commons) and tending other work, navigating adult-long complex, chronic health issues, and sharing her ideas, enquiries, and work as a facilitating guide, writer, speaker, and community member.
